CLOSED: Director of Operations

The Point of the Mountain State Land Authority (Land Authority) is seeking a Director of Operations to support the agency. The Director of Operations provides operational strategies, planning and tactical management to ensure the organization has and implements the proper internal controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and systems to ensure operating efficiencies. The position is responsible for effectively and proactively building and maintaining strong systems, processes and management capacities. The director of operations must be flexible and able to assume responsibility for managing and implementing aspects of a complex and visible public project. The position will accomplish this through a respectful, constructive and energetic style, guided by the Land Authority mission. The director of operations oversees the areas of Finance, Compliance, Policy, Contract Management, Procurement, Technology Services, and facilities. The director of operations reports to the Executive Director.
