The Promenade will be a mixed-use development along a people-focused Main Street. It will include over 2 million square feet of office space, approximately 3,000 multi-family housing units, and 222,000 square feet of retail, shopping and restaurants, and grocery stores. Local boutiques and national retailers will coexist symbiotically to provide Utahns with an 18-hour gathering place with premier shopping, dining and entertainment opportunities.
With bike lanes, sidewalks that run parallel to the River to Range, the Main Street will feature a flexible land use design that can adapt in real-time to changing conditions. During large-scale events, the road will be closed to vehicular traffic and provide a safe gathering place for pedestrians.
