The Point released a Request for Statements of Qualifications (RFSQ) seeking one or more private-sector developers/builders to deliver approximately 50 acres of for-sale housing within the River District.
The River District will provide approximately 800–900 owner-occupied homes, including a mix of single-family homes, townhomes and condominiums, expanding homeownership opportunities while creating a vibrant, walkable neighborhood connected to parks, trails, transit and the broader mixed-use community taking shape at The Point.
As Phase I vertical construction continues, this solicitation marks another milestone in delivering the Utah Legislature’s vision for The Point, including expanding owner-occupied housing opportunities in the region and creating lasting value for Utah families and future generations.
